PAC CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:
CIRCUIT BOXING: A popular circuit training class that uses boxing equipment and drills so you can practice and enhance your boxing skills and cardio. A strong ab component is involved.
CARDIO BOOTCAMP: A fun and energizing cardiovascular focused workout. Encompasses bootcamp training techniques - station work. Suitable for all levels. No previous experience required.
POWER FLOW YOGA: A Vinyasa based (linking movement with breath) yoga posture series with a primary focus on strengthening, flexibility detoxification, core stability and stress relief. These power yoga postures will refresh and revitalize you after a long day while promoting inner calm. Suitable for all levels. Beginners welcome..
HATHA YOGA: Using ancient yoga techniques; this yoga will stretch, strengthen and tone your muscles as well as concentrate on body awareness and breathing. All levels and ages are definitely welcome to try this unique class.
AWESOME ABS: From the classic crunch to advanced core conditioners, this class is dedicated to strengthening and toning your abdominals, oblique, lower back and posture.
BODY BALANCE: Focusses on conditioning and balancing. Heart rate training methods, activating small stabilizer muscles and joint strengthening and stability.
