PAC GROUP FITNESS CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:
CARDIO KICKBOXING: A non-contact mixed martial arts cardio class using exercises adapted from boxing, kickboxing, muay thai, karate, etc. Learn proper punching and kicking technique while improving your cardiovascular capacity and strengthening the core of your body.
TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING: A total body workout that will improve your strength and blast calories! This challenging class uses various pieces of equipment to build muscle and condition your body.
CIRCUIT BOXING: A popular circuit training class that uses boxing equipment and drills so you can practice and enhance your boxing skills andcardio. A strong ab component is involved.
HATHA YOGA: A spiritual class designed to focus the mind and relax the body through physical poses and breathing techniques exercises in orderto practice mediation with out distraction. Using ancient yoga techniques; All levels and ages are definitely welcome to try this unique class.
CORE CONDITIONING: A functional class designed to strengthen the foundation of your body by performing inner unit, hip and shoulder exercises resulting in improved posture and core strength.
SCULPT AND STRENGTH: A fast-paced and challenging class designed to strengthen every muscle in your body by performing weight bearing and non-weight bearing exercises to tone and shape your body.
