Christopher is a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). He has over 14 years of personal experience in weight training and cardiorespiratory exercise. Christopher's training philosophy adheres closely to the NASM Optimum Performance Training method, creating highly individualized training programs for clients focusing on proper posture/technique and incorporating multiple forms of training.

Jeff is a certified fitness trainer, specializing in one-on-one and group fitness sessions. A medalist in Muscle Media’s Body-For-LIFE challenge, his continuing studies include specialty modules in sports balance and strength training at Twist Conditioning Inc., of North Vancouver, BC, Canada’s pre-eminent functional fitness sports academy. His clients range from business owners and law enforcement professionals to IT program managers and medical professionals.
